What is Therapeutic Fasting?
In the history of mankind therapeutic fasting has been practiced in almost all regions of the world, often associated with religious and spiritual issues. It is already at the beginning of the 20th century when doctors and naturist and hygienist movements advocate using fasting as a therapeutic method. We currently have numerous scientific investigations that are telling us the multiple benefits of fasting in complex pathologies or simply as a way to improve our health.

Also in this third edition of our Fast Retreats we want to give special relevance to the INTROSPECTION as a vehicle for self-knowledge, in fact the word comes from the Latin introspicere which means “to look inside”. Fasting not only positively affects our physical part but also causes an effect on our emotional and energetic level, which is why we firmly believe in combining these two practices, causing exponential effects.
We propose you to carry out these practices through a medical-sanitary follow-up during the bridge of the Constitution in a calm and idyllic place like Santa Eulalia de Gállego near Mallos de Riglos and almost on the banks of Alto Gállego. As we said, it will be an experience in which we will accompany you and program different activities such as: Chi-Kung, walks, readings, experiential workshops … so that the process and the introduction are the pleasant thing that is taking care of yourself and letting your own body do its job in this sense. In addition we will also indicate a previous and subsequent feeding and the withdrawal will be accompanied by other therapies designed to enhance the process.
Any person can make a therapeutic fast, even then a previous health interview will be conducted to see the characteristics of each participant. The places will be limited and in strict order of registration.
