Most of us understand that we should brush our teeth every day. This helps prevent plaque from forming, as well as tooth decay and gum disease. You should brush your teeth in the morning and before bed. If possible, it’s also a good idea to brush your teeth after lunch. You won’t need voicescribe to complete any of these actions. In addition to brushing your teeth, it’s beneficial to floss after brushing. It’s not uncommon for food and other particles to become trapped in between teeth.
